At Display Kingdom, we stand behind the structural integrity of our premium display systems. Due to the highly customized nature of print-on-demand assets, our policy is structured as follows:

• Custom Printed Products: Since fabric walls, LED lightboxes, and custom banners are personalized with your branding, they cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or user-end design errors.

• Manufacturing Defects & Damage: If your product arrives with a structural manufacturing defect or transit damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will promptly reprint or replace the defective unit at no extra cost.

• Hardware Warranty: Our premium aluminum smart-locking frames come with a standard structural warranty against manufacturing faults. This does not cover wear and tear from improper assembly or force majeure during events.

• “Print Only” Compatibility: We guarantee a perfect fit only when our replacement graphics are used on original Display Kingdom hardware frames. Refunds will not be issued for fitting issues on third-party structures.
